One of the last bastions of REAL NYC pizza uptown. All the guys working there are always friendly. Even better, I no longer eat dairy, and they're totally cool w/me providing my own dairy-free cheese and charge a fair price for the pie when I do this (I like their sauce and their crust, so it's totally worth it).

Best pizza in New York City hands-down don't believe me just give it a try I will not disappoint you large amazing slices. It's a small hole in the wall has about two or three seats in the back, but is really a hood pizza you eat on the go

Was in town for a concert and wanted some good pizza came across this Gem and i am so happy i did! Pizza was delicious even the next day. The Large is more like an XL lol so got the medium which was perfect sooooo good! Love the old school vibe one thing i wish i knew ahead of time is they do only take cash .. they do have a bank a block away BUT make sure you take cash so u don't have that issue of going elsewhere! Other then that great service great food
I've been going to this pizza shop since I was a little girl and it never gets old or changes it's recipe. The cheese, the size so worth it!
Really unique and fun pizza experience, and the portions are HUGE. The first thing you notice is that you don't walk up to a glass case of different flavors - instead you sidle up alongside an open counter, waist-high, with a bunch of friendly guys behind it. You tell them your chosen toppings and they pluck the slices out of either a huge round plain cheese pie or a massively thick Sicilian square pie, then generously top the slices and slide them into the oven. After your order comes out 5 min later, you sprinkle on your chosen seasonings and pay your cash. It is unlike any other slice joint I've been to, and the long line of regulars are a testament to how special and delicious it is. This is Asia-level street food right here.
My favorite pizza place in NY! I was born in Ny but grew up in Miami. Most of my family stayed in New York, so I would visit frequent every year or so. Since I was a kid and every time I come to New York through out the years, I ALWAYS come here specifically for my Pizza fix. They are the BEST neighborhood authentic New York Style Pizza hands down. Perfectly made pizza dough, bread, sauce and stretchy cheeeseee!!! I order my slice of pizza and my kiwi strawberry Snapple and I'm a happy camper. I have even had my aunt fly in to NY and buy me pizza from here, foil wrap it, freeze it and fly back & brought to me to MIAMI, Fl...where I re-heat it and joyously eat it! :) They have friendly and excellent service and make you feel like family.
